How Does it Work? In your first personalized session with our professionals, you will be put through a functional movement assessment that identifies faulty movement patterns and inefficiencies. This is particularly important to identify in pre-teens and adolescents as their bodies mature and grow at extreme rates, predisposing them to injury. Our young athlete program enhances our athletes' strength and stability in their sport and dives deep into the mechanics of movement, fixing weakness, fatigue, balance disruptions, and more that limit an athlete's optimum performance.
