Terése has done incredible work within the wellness industry. With over 30 years of experience, she brings a deep, holistic approach to healing with her ability to offer many different types of massage. She’s not only a gifted therapist but also a natural teacher, having taught at the New York College for Health Professions and led self-defense workshops for women through AWSDA.

 

Terése has even traveled the world offering free treatments to underserved communities in places like Indonesia, Nepal, and Guatemala. Her work is thoughtful, empowering, and always rooted in care.
